MAP Check Combi Series
On-line O2 or O2/CO2 combined gas analyser
The MAP Check Combi II can be fitted onto most vertical and horizontal flow packgaging machines. The analyser can be fully integrated with the packaging machine, thereby ensuring that the packaging process is stopped if the required gas content is not present in the packages. In the PFC (proportional flow control) version of the MAP Check Combi II, gas savings of up to 25% are possible.
The MAP Check Combi series secures the quality in Modified Atmosphere Packaging through on-line measuring and recording of the gas content in the package before sealing.
MAP Check Combi is tested to be in compliance with EU regulation 1935/2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
MAP Check Combi is available in the following versions:
- MAP Check Combi - delivered with spot test analyser
- MAP Check Combi II - without spot test function
