TGC-2
TGC - Total Gas Control
The complete modified atmosphere solution for flow packaging machines - gas analyser, gas mixer and flow control in an all-in-one concept. The TGC-2 analyses the gas on-line and (optionally) mixes the gases.
TGC-2 also regulates the gas flow proportionally, which means that only the gas flow necessary to maintain the user defined O2 level is used. This is happening independently of changes in the packaging speed etc.
TGC-2 also features built-in random test device for head space analysis.
All settings - gas alarms, gas mixture and flow regulations - are easily selected by the operator. There are 99 programs.
TGC-2 is touch screen operated - just a touch and all MA parameters are automatically set up. Precisely and no user faults.
TGC-2 is tested to be in compliance with EU regulation 1935/2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
